Caroline Rabbat is the Principal Owner and Director of Caroline Rabbat Consulting, bringing over 30 years of experience in the not-for-profit sector and higher education. She has dedicated her career to high-risk issue management, crisis intervention, and conflict resolution. As an accredited mediator (ACHFM) and certified coach (Canadian Coaching Academy), Caroline also holds certifications in Narrative and Brief Therapy, alongside her university education.
